01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 101 Game platform — whether through the website at 101game.vu or through the official mobile application — you are entering into a binding agreement with 101 Game. These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, form the complete agreement between you and the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

02 Eligibility

You must meet all of the following conditions to be eligible to register and use 101 Game:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. The platform does not permit use by anyone under this age under any circumstances.
• You must be registering voluntarily for personal entertainment, and not on behalf of a third party.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme or have an active account suspension on 101 Game.
• You must be capable of entering into legally binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
• You acknowledge that online gaming may be subject to legal restrictions in your jurisdiction, and that it is your responsibility to understand and comply with those laws.

101 Game reserves the right to request proof of age at any point and to suspend accounts pending age verification. Any winnings accrued on an account found to belong to an underage player will be forfeited. We take this requirement seriously because protecting young people from gambling harm is not negotiable.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account on 101 Game. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a different name, or using another person's details — is a serious breach of these terms and will result in all accounts being permanently closed and any balances being forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, contact number and the payment details you intend to use. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.

• Your account login details — username and password — are your responsibility. Keep them confidential at all times.
• Do not share your login credentials with any other person, including friends or family members.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, notify support immediately.
• 101 Game will never ask for your password in any communication. Be cautious of phishing attempts.
• Account verification may be required before withdrawals are processed. This protects your funds and is a standard security measure.

Accounts are for personal use only. Using your account to process transactions on behalf of another person is not permitted and constitutes a breach of these terms.

Deposits & Payments

101 Game supports deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through a range of local payment methods. Accepted payment channels include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfers, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. All deposits are credited to your account balance in PKR, without currency conversion or additional charges applied by the platform.

• Deposits are processed instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within a reasonable time, contact support with your transaction reference.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of deposit. These limits may vary by payment method.
• Only payment accounts registered in your own name should be used to deposit. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in account suspension.
• 101 Game does not store your full payment credentials. Transactions are processed through secure payment integrations.
• Deposit bonuses, where available, are subject to the bonus terms set out in Section 6 of these terms.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever possible. This is a standard security measure to prevent funds from being redirected to unauthorised accounts. If your deposit method does not support withdrawals, you may be asked to verify an alternative account in your name.

• Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed quickly. Raast and bank transfer withdrawals may take slightly longer depending on banking timelines.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown during the withdrawal process.
• Pending bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed if a bonus is active on your account.
• Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal or at any point as a security measure. This process is straightforward and exists to protect your funds.
• 101 Game does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

In cases where a withdrawal request is flagged for review — for example, due to unusual account activity — the processing time may be extended while the review is completed. Support will keep you informed if this applies to your request.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

101 Game offers bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits and minimum odds where applicable to sports betting bonuses. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of this agreement when you opt in.

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash until the stated wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately. Real money is used first when placing bets, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any winnings derived from the bonus.
• 101 Game reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, modify its terms or cancel a promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in will be given reasonable notice of material changes.
• Bets placed at odds below the minimum stated in a promotion's terms will not count towards wagering requirements.

07 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on 101 Game are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. Cricket, including PSL, T20 internationals and other bilateral series, is covered under cricket-specific market rules. Football, Esports and other sports follow their respective rule sets. • Bets are final once confirmed. A placed bet cannot be cancelled or modified after acceptance, except where a cash-out option is explicitly offered and available for that market.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or not completed within a specified timeframe, bets will be settled according to the relevant sport's rule set, which may involve voiding the bet and returning the stake.
• 101 Game reserves the right to void bets placed at obviously incorrect odds caused by a pricing error. In such cases, the stake will be returned in full.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These are shown during the bet placement process.
• Any evidence of match-fixing, abuse of odds, or coordinated betting activity will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of related winnings.

08 Casino Games

Casino games available on 101 Game — including slots, live roulette, live baccarat, blackjack and all other titles in the game lobby — are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino, through real dealer feeds. The outcome of each game round is independent of all previous rounds.

• Each game's Return to Player (RTP) percentage is available within the game information panel. RTP represents the theoretical long-term return and does not guarantee results in any individual session.
• Technical malfunctions — such as a disconnection during a game round — are handled according to the relevant game provider's rules. Incomplete rounds are typically voided and stakes returned.
• Progressive jackpot games have specific rules regarding eligibility and payout. These are detailed within the individual game.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches or errors for financial gain is a breach of these terms and will result in account suspension.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 101 Game. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud or financial crime.
• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Using automated bots, scripts or any software that interacts with the platform without human input.
• Exploiting bonus offers in a manner that is clearly contrary to their intended purpose — commonly known as bonus abuse.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker formats to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using VPNs or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions or account limitations placed on your account.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing support staff or other players through any platform channel.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

101 Game reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or financial irregularity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login or transaction activity for an extended period may be flagged. Any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with the dormant account policy communicated at that time.
• At the player's own request — you may close your account at any time by contacting support.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance held may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Where closure is at the player's request and no breach has occurred, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

11 Responsible Gaming

101 Game is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable gaming environment. We provide a range of self-management tools that allow players to control their activity on the platform. These tools are available directly from your account settings and include deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options.

• Deposit limits allow you to set a maximum amount you can deposit within a defined period — daily, weekly or monthly.
• Session reminders notify you when you have been logged in for a period you define, helping you keep track of time spent on the platform.
• Self-exclusion allows you to temporarily or permanently block your own access to the platform. This cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

15 Changes to Terms
